Right to cancel
You are entitled to cancel this contract within 21 days, without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 21 days from the day when you or a third party appointed by you – who must not be the carrier – take(s) possession of the last part or item of the consignment.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in the form of some clear communication (e.g. a message sent by post or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. The address is

You may use the sample cancellation form, which can be downloaded here in PDF format, although this form is not necessary.
To stay within the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send off your cancellation notice before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a shipping method other than the cost-efficient standard delivery we offer); this will be done immediately and no later than 21 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we shall use the same method of payment for the refund as the one used by you in the initial payment transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for the refund. We may refuse to pay the refund until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided proof that you have shipped the goods back – whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay, either by mail or in person, and in any event no later than 21 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the items before the 21-day deadline has expired.
You will bear the direct costs for the return of the goods.
